Claiming for Missing Journal Issues

To submit a claim to our customer services department please go to our claim form.


Institutional or Personal Rate:

Please note you must claim for a missing issue within six months of publication of that issue. Please include the full title of the journal you are missing, the year, volume and issue number as well as your full name, address and Customer Account/Order Number.

Society members:
E: societies@tandf.co.uk

You must claim for a missing issue within six months of publication of that issue - Please include the full title of the journal you are missing, the year, volume and issue number as well as the delivery name, address and account/order number if applicable.
