Taylor & Francis were awarded International Publisher of the Year 2010 by the International Printers' Network (IPN).

The award was given to Taylor & Francis in recognition of their pioneering use of digital printing technology to reduce their carbon footprint and improve delivery times to subscribers.

Informa, the parent company of Taylor & Francis Group enjoys accreditation with FTSE4Good, an indication that Corporate Responsibility (CR) practices are being undertaken successfully. We consider how we use paper, energy, heat, light and power as well as how we recycle waste.

FSC chain of Custody

Taylor & Francis has been awarded the FSC certification reinforcing our dedication to environmental issues. Gaining FSC accreditation means that timber and wood products (for example, the paper we use to produce books and journals) can be marked to say that the wood used comes from a well managed forest, and complies with strict environmental and social standards and that the product does not contribute to the destruction of the world's forests. This is a key part of our environmental policy along with reduction in waste and reducing freight by printing locally.
