Aims & Scope

Announcing the Jim and Doreen McElvany 2008 Nonproliferation Challenge Essay Contest

The Nonproliferation Review is a refereed journal concerned with the causes, consequences, and control of the spread of nuclear, chemical, biological, and conventional weapons. The Review features case studies, theoretical analyses, reports, and policy debates on such issues as individual country programs, treaties and export controls, terrorism, and the economic and environmental effects of weapons proliferation.

Authors come from many countries and disciplines and include current and former government officials. For more than 15 years, the Review has been an essential resource for policy makers and scholars worldwide.
