Addiction Abstracts is an international
current awareness journal. It offers the reader a means of keeping
abreast of important issues in the addictions. The quantity of
work being published in the addictive behaviours is constantly
increasing. This work is published in such a wide range of different
medical, scientific and other publications that it is difficult
to keep up to date with current developments. Addiction Abstracts regularly scans all journals
relevant to the field of addictive behaviours and offers readers
immediate, unbiased access to the most important recent literature.
Its remit includes all addictive substances as well as other 'compulsive
