Articles should be between 3000 and 6000 words; case studies should be about 2000-3000 words. They should include the postal and email address of the main author for correspondence. An abstract of 80-120 words should be supplied for articles. Articles should be original. All articles will be refereed anonymously. Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

More help and guidelines on submitting articles already accepted for publication. Please note that this information applies only to authors whose articles have been reviewed, revised, and accepted for publication. Proofs will be sent to authors if there is sufficient time to do so. They should be corrected and returned to the Editor within three days of receipt. Major alterations to the text cannot be accepted. Free article access. Corresponding authors can receive 50 free reprints, free online access to their article through our website (www.informaworld.com) and a complimentary copy of the issue containing their article. Complimentary reprints are available through Rightslink® and additional reprints can be ordered through Rightslink® when proofs are received.
