Instructions for AuthorsThe Editors seek manuscripts that make contributions to critical thinking and progressive social change, and which fit the following criteria:
BOOKS: Michael Mann, Incoherent Empire (London and New York: Verso, 2003), p. 123. ARTICLES: R. Claire Snyder, "Radical Civic Virtue: Women in 19th Century Civil Society," New Political Science 26:1 (2004), pp. 51-69. Ibid. and Op. cit. may be used. Manuscripts accepted for review are evaluated by a minimum of two scholars active in the field. Because we use anonymous peer reviews, anything that identifies the author on the title page or in the headers, citations, acknowledgements or anywhere else must be removed. Manuscripts accepted for publication must be submitted in Word or WordPerfect. Authors are expected to return clearly identified corrections within three working days of receipt of proofs. Major alterations cannot be accepted at the proofs stage. Manuscripts should be submitted to both editors:
