Instructions for Authors
Manuscripts for consideration, preferably between 5000 and 7000 words maximum (including bibliography), should be submitted to the Editor. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts electronically. Electronic submissions should be sent as email attachments using a standard program such as MS Word. If email submission is not possible, please send an electronic version on disc or CD-ROM along with three paper copies, together with one set of high quality figures for reproduction, to the address below. Each paper should be accompanied on a separate sheet by a short abstract of 100-150 words. Manuscripts failing to conform to the following guidelines will not be considered for publication.
This journal requires a short paragraph of bibliographical details for all contributors.
Manuscripts submitted should be original, not under review by any other publication and not published elsewhere.

Submitted manuscripts are subject to peer review at the discretion of the Editorial Office. In order to maintain anonymity during any refereeing process, authors are requested to refrain from, or keep to a minimum, self-referencing.
