Instructions for Authors
Authors should prepare and upload two versions of their manuscript. One should be a complete text, while in the second all document information identifying the author should be removed from files to allow them to be sent anonymously to referees. When uploading files authors will then be able to define the non-anonymous version as “File not for review”.
All articles should be submitted in English and should contain a title page which shows the name of the author(s), their institutional affiliation and to whom any correspondence should be sent (include full mailing address, E-mail address, telephone, and FAX number) The second page should contain the title of the article and an abstract of not more than 150 words. Apart from the first page any clues as to the identity of the author(s) should be eliminated from the text.
Manuscripts should be doubled spaced, including references and block quotations and must be typed. They should not exceed 30 pages in length (excluding references).
Footnotes should be limited in number and not exceed six (6) lines. References which appear in the text must be accurate concerning dates of publication, spelling of authors names, periodical titles, etc and they must cross check with those citations which appear in the reference list. Manuscripts that do not adhere to APA guidelines may be summarily rejected without review. Manuscripts will be evaluated in a blind review, in most cases by three reviewers (usually at least two of these will be members of the editorial board).
