An abstract of 150-200 words should be included as well as up to eight keywords.
Footnotes to the text should be avoided wherever this is reasonably possible.
Rejected manuscripts will not normally be returned to contributors unless a self-addressed envelope and sufficient stamps/international postal coupons have been sent.

Please use British spelling (e.g. colour, organise) and punctuation. Use single quotation marks with double within if needed.

Proofs
Will be sent to authors if there is sufficient time to do so. They should be corrected and returned to the publisher within 48 hours. Major alterations to the text cannot be accepted.
