Instructions for Authors

Asian Ethnicity publishes articles, review articles (of several books, or of exhibitions, collections, films and so forth) book reviews and readers' opinions. Submissions should be made electronically to the Editor, Professor Chih-yu Shih: asianethnicity@ntu.edu.tw

Submissions to be considered for publication as articles should be no more than 10,000 words. The first page of the submission should include title of the paper, author/s name and contact details (postal address and email) for corresponding author, abstract (maximum 150 words), keywords (maximum 6), word count, and short Note on Contributor/s with biographical details. Pages should be double line spaced, with ample margins and all pages should be numbered.

Illustrations, artwork and captions. For photographic illustrations, a high quality b/w print (gloss finish) must be supplied in each case; for artwork for figures, clear copy must be provided in a finished form suitable for reproduction. The approximate position of illustrations or artwork should be indicated in the typescript. Captions should be typed on a separate sheet.

Any consistent spelling style is acceptable. Use single quotation marks with double within if needed.
This journal requires a short paragraph of bibliographical details for all contributors.
