Instructions for Authors
***Note to Authors: please make sure your contact address information is clearly visible on the outside of all packages you are sending to Editors.***
The Editor will be pleased to consider for publication original manuscripts which deal with any of the broad range of themes outlined. Papers should not have been published previously, or submitted elsewhere simultaneously. Papers presented at conferences may be considered if they are unlikely to be published in a conference proceedings volume.
Editor: Graham Walton, Ph.D., Head of Planning & Resource, Loughborough University, Loughborough, j.g.walton@lboro.ac.uk
1) The title of the paper should be informative. The name, designation, affiliation, and postal address of each author should be given in full, including an e-mail address and a fax number, where either or both of these exist. The author(s) should only be identified on a separate author/title page, and it should not be possible to identify the author(s) within the body of the manuscript (for refereeing purposes). A contact author should be nominated, for editorial correspondence.
2) The language of publication is English. Papers should be written for an international audience, adopting a straightforward writing style, and avoiding over-long or complex sentence structures.
5) In addition to a full version of the paper showing text and graphics integrated, a separate copy of each graphic (figures, tables and illustrations) is required. These can also be submitted as e-mail attachments/ on disk and in a printed version. Each graphic file should be named with the first author's surname (abbreviated if necessary), the number of the figure, and an extension indicating the file format. For example: anderson.fig3.tiff, or spencer.fig6.jpeg. Only commonly used graphic formats should be used, and preferably TIFF.
