Instructions for Authors
***Note to Authors: please make sure your contact address information is clearly visible on the outside of all packages you are sending to Editors.***
Performance Research is published four times a year (March/ June/ September / December) and actively seeks submissions on all areas of performance research, practice and scholarship from artists, scholars, curators and critics as well as inviting submissions and proposals for forthcoming issues.
See http://www.performance-research.net/pages/futureissues.html for forthcoming themes.
As well as substantial essays, interviews, reviews and documentation we welcome proposals using visual, graphic and photographic forms, including photo essays and original artwork which extends the possibilities for the visual page. We are also interested in proposals for collaborations between artists and critics.
Proposals may be submitted at any time to the Administrator at the address below on one sheet of A4 or by e-mail attachment containing an abstract, proposed word count and description. Unsolicited articles may be submitted for consideration by e-mail attachment or on disk accompanied by double spaced hard copy.
Performance Research is MAC-based and prefers texts written in MS-Word using Harvard style and endnotes. Images should be generated as TIFF files with credits and captions.
Detailed Guidelines for Contributors are available on request.
