Innovation is an international quarterly research journal, which publishes articles that deal with any of the following areas: the socio-political, economic and cultural implications of the process of European integration; aspects of the process of transformation in Central and Eastern Europe; migration and multiculturalism, including topics related to nationalism and multi-ethnic societies more generally; applied social and urban policy, including lifestyle- and health-related research; communication and the making of culture, in this connection the role of the media and the social impact of advanced communication technologies; the role of technology, research and development for societal transformation, also with respect to the environment and in connection with the restructuring of the economic sector.
Manuscripts to be considered for publication should be submitted to: Dr Ronald Pohoryles, Director, The Interdisciplinary Centre for Comparative Research in the Social Sciences (ICCR), Schottenfeldgasse 69/1, A-1070 Vienna, Austria. Please ensure your contact address information is clearly visible on the outside of all packages you are sending to the Editor.
Three complete typed copies of the paper should be submitted as well as a floppy disc or CD with the text in either Microsoft Word, Word Perfect or ASCI format. Alternatively papers can be submitted as an email attachment to: l.giorgi@iccr-international.org in any of these formats. The copies should be typed on one side of the paper, double spaced, with ample margins, and bear the title of the contribution and the name(s) of the author(s). Their length can range between 6,000 and 10,000 words (excluding references). The full postal and email address of the author(s) who will check proofs and receive correspondence and offprints, should also be included. All pages should be numbered.
An abstract of 100-150 words should be included. The author(s) should also supply a short biographical note

Please use US spelling (e.g. color, organize) and punctuation. Use double quotation marks with single within if needed.

Proofs will be sent to authors if there is sufficient time to do so. They should be corrected and returned within three days.
Papers accepted become the copyright of the journal, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
