Copyright: Submission of a paper to the journal will be taken to imply that it presents original, unpublished work not under consideration for publication elsewhere. It is a condition of publication that authors vest or license copyright in their articles, including abstracts, in Taylor & Francis. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and the journal, to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats as appropriate. Authors may, of course, use the material elsewhere after publication providing that prior permission is obtained from Taylor & Francis.

Clearing permissions: Authors are themselves responsible for obtaining and paying for permission to reproduce copyright material from other sources before submission and any acknowledgements should be included in the form of an Acknowledgements section at the end of the paper. Where photographs or figures are reproduced, acknowledgment of source and copyright should be given in the caption.
