Please note: wherever possible, please submit new manuscripts via email rather than in paper copy form
- Authors are asked to submit manuscripts in triplicate. The author's name and full postal address (including if possible an e-mail address) should appear only on a separate cover page. Manuscripts should be typed, double-spaced, on one side of the page only. Each article must be accompanied by an abstract of approximately 200 words. Submission of an article implies that it has not been published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Either US or UK spellings are acceptable. The use of acronyms should be kept to a bare minimum.
- When setting out mathematical equations, authors should follow the conventions utilized in past issues of the Review. In the case of articles of a mathematical character, we ask that the author submit, along with the article, worksheets of the calculations, to assist the referees. These worksheets will not be published.
- Footnotes should be numbered consecutively, indicated by superscripts in the text, and typed (double-spaced) on separate pages following the main text.
- Diagrams and figures should be suitable for photographic reproduction. The author should take care to indicate clearly in the text where diagrams and tables are to appear.
- Authors are expected to correct proofs with due speed, and are reminded that alterations to the text at the proof stage are expensive and must be kept to an absolute minimum.
- References in the text should be indicated by giving the author's name and the year of publication, with page references where necessary. For example: (Keynes, 1936, pp. 38-39), or... as suggested by Sraffa (1960, p. 33). In giving page numbers or dates, use full numbers in ranges of figures: pp. 142-145; pp. 287-293; but for dates use 1914-18. References should be cited in full at the end of the article in alphabetical order, and should conform to the following models:

Copyright. It is a condition of publication that authors assign copyright or license the publication rights in their articles, including abstracts, to Taylor & Francis. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and of course the Journal, to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats as appropriate. Authors may, of course, use the article elsewhere after publication without prior permission from Taylor & Francis, provided that acknowledgement is given to the Journal as original source of publication, and that Taylor & Francis is notified so that our records show that its use is properly authorised. Authors retain a number of other rights under the Taylor & Francis rights policies documents. These policies are referred to at http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/authorrights.pdf for full details. Authors are themselves responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyright material from other sources.
