Instructions for Authors
Authors should submit manuscripts via email or CD-ROM (not 3.5'' floppy). Files must be prepared using MS Word or WordPerfect. A .pdf file must accompany the submission. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has not been published elsewhere and that it has not been submitted simultaneously for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources and are required to sign an agreement for the transfer of copyright to the publisher. All accepted manuscripts, artwork, and photographs become the property of the publisher. Authors are required to sign and return a copyright form that will be provided after the article is accepted for publication.
All parts of the manuscript should be typewritten in 12 point font, double-spaced, with margins of at least one inch on all sides. Number manuscript pages consecutively throughout the paper. Authors should also supply a shortened version of the title suitable for the running head, not exceeding 50 character spaces. Each article should be summarized in an abstract of approximately 200 words. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text. Six keywords should be provided.

Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication have the option to make their articles freely available to all via the journal's website for a one-time fee of $3250. In addition, authors selecting iOpenAccess have no embargo restriction on posting their version of the published article to any institutional or subject repository. To choose this option, authors complete the iOpenAccess agreement, which is sent to each author upon acceptance of their manuscript for publication.
