Online, CD Versions and VAT: EC Residents please note: All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. If you do not currently subscribe to the print version of the journal, VAT is liable at the current rate. For EC Residents excluding the UK, this 20% is liable for VAT unless we have your VAT Registration Number. Within the UK VAT will automatically be added to all orders.

Please note: All subscriptions are payable in advance and all rates include postage but exclude local and national sales taxes where applicable. Subscribers are requested to send payment with their order whenever possible. Issues will be sent on receipt of payment. Subscriptions are entered on an annual basis, i.e. January to December. Prices are subject to change without notice.
