Agent Customer Services Welcome to our Agents Customer Services page. We hope you find the information helpful. Shilo De Vries and Yvette Kilian are currently Agent Account Managers responsible for dealing with agents that place orders with Taylor and Francis. Their role includes working with our agents to provide them the best possible service, improving our internal procedures and systems as well as keeping you updated. Their role includes all agents who currently use the ICEDIS format for orders and renewals. There are many benefits to using EDI, if you would like to know more, please contact your agent responsible for your account. Please feel free to contact your Agent Account Manager if you have any queries and also if you would like to be added to our Agents E-Newsletter distribution list. Our E-Newsletter is used to keep our agents up to date on any new policies and acquisition titles, as well as our annual prices. For your use we have included spreadsheets which are updated regularly on publication schedules and delayed journals. Please consult these lists before submitting claims and queries either on the 2009 or 2010 listings. To submit a claim to our customer services department please go to our claim form. If you have more than one claim to send through, please use the spreadsheet as a template and email through to your Agent Liaison Executive.
