Once a claim has been processed by the Taylor & Francis Customer Services team an automated response will be sent to you confirming our actions. This response can be sent via email with an attached pdf if we hold your email address. Please add your details below to ensure we are sending these responses to the correct address.
Please note that personal replies to claims are not sent as standard.
