Aims & Scope
The Journal of Iberian and Latin American Studies is an international journal devoted to the languages, literatures, history and cultures of the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America. Its main purpose is to promote research work of the highest standards, particularly in the areas of modern and contemporary literature, modern and contemporary history, cinema and linguistics.
Journal of Iberian and Latin American Studies publishs three issues each year, with articles in Catalan, English and Spanish. In addition to research articles, the journal has a permanent section of reviews providing critical reviews of recent publications as well as longer review articles on specific topics, and an occasional section entitled Documenta which includes interviews, edited correspondence, edited articles and speeches, and other similar documents of clear cultural and historical interest.
