Editorial Aims
The field of change management is an interdisciplinary one, concerning individuals, groups, organizations, societies and nations. Routledge's Journal of Change Management is an international, peer-reviewed academic journal that aims to contribute to a better understanding of change management and its implications at all levels, and to provide an insight into how best to manage change in different organizations, situations and environments.
