Manuscript Preparation
Type the manuscript with ample margins, using double spacing throughout, including the reference section, and organized as follows.
- Cover Page: Should include (a) the title of the article, (b) the authors' full names and
affiliations, (c) a shortened running title, and (d) the name of and contact information for
the corresponding author, including postal and e-mail addresses, and telephone and fax
numbers. Please notify the editor of any change of address that occurs while an article is
in the process of publication. - Abstract: Include an abstract of 100 words or less.
- Key Words: Please include 3-5 key words or phrases below the abstract.
- Text: All copy, including quotations, endnotes and references, should be double-spaced and conform to the guidelines of the Publication Manual of American Psychological Association (5th Edition, 2001).
- Section Headings: All major section headings (level 1) should be typed in the same font and style, so that it is apparent that they head major sections. Likewise, other descriptive subheadings, which may be used if appropriate, should be typed in their own same font and style (e.g., all level 2 headings should appear the same and be
distinguishable from level 1 headings, from level 3 headings, etc.). - Acknowledgments: Acknowledgment of grant support and/or individuals, who were of direct help in the preparation of the paper, as well as information regarding previous symposium presentations of the paper, should appear into a separate section titled "Acknowledgments."
- Notes: Notes should be numbered sequentially in the text and their contents typed as a separate section entitled "Notes." Notes should be kept to a minimum and used only for substantive observations. Source citations are made within the text, not in the notes.
- References: Follow the Publication Manual of American Psychological Association (5th Edition, 2001) reference style. Identify all source references at the appropriate point in the text by the author/date system, such as (Hendricks, 2006), and list the references at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order, double spaced.
- Tables and Figures: Should appear separately at the end of the text, with their approximate location indicated within the text by [Insert Table/Figure 1 about here].
- Photographs: Should preferably be 300 dpi or higher; sized to fit on journal page; EPS, TIFF, or PSD format only; and submitted as separate files, not embedded in text files.

Type of peer review
This journal employs double blind reviewing; author and reviewer remain anonymous throughout the process. (you said this before)
How the referee is selected
Referees are matched to the submission according to their expertise. (Is this necessary?)
Referee reports Referees are asked to evaluate whether the manuscript:
- Is original
- Is the scholarship evident and sound
- Follows appropriate ethical guidelines
- Has conclusions which are clear are reflect the evidence presented
- Correctly references previous relevant work

Referees are not expected to correct or copyedit manuscripts. Language correction is not part of the peer review process. (Why say this?)
How long does the review process take?
Typically the manuscript will be reviewed within two months. Should the referees' reports contradict one another or a report is unnecessarily delayed a further expert opinion will be sought. Referees may request more than one revision of a manuscript.
Final report
A final decision to accept or reject the manuscript will be sent to the author along with any recommendations made by the referees.
Editor's Decision is final
Referees advise the editors, who are responsible for the final decision to accept or reject
the article.
