If a figure has been published previously, acknowledge the original source and submit written permission from the copyright holder to reproduce it. Format graphic elements as separate files in EPS or TIFF. Resolution of photographs must be at least 300 dpi. COPYRIGHT
It is a condition of publication that authors vest copyright in their articles, including abstracts, in Taylor & Francis AS. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and the journal, to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats as appropriate. Authors may, of course, use the material elsewhere after publication provided that prior permission is obtained from Taylor & Francis Ltd. Authors are themselves responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyright material from other sources. To view the 'Copyright Transfer Frequently Asked Questions' please visit
Authors must return to the publisher a signed copy of the copyright form for this journal. This form will be sent to the authors as a PDF file for printing out and signing or is available from the publisher.
PROOFS AND OFFPRINTS
Proofs will be sent as a PDF file to the corresponding author. If any corrections are to be made these should be marked on a printed version of the file and returned with least possible delay. Authors will be liable to pay for any alterations that they make which are not due to printer's errors. Twenty-five offprints of each article will be supplied free of charge. Additional offprints can be ordered by filling out the form accompanying the proofs. The article cannot be published until the publisher has received the signed Copyright Assignment form.
iOpenAccess
Authors whose manuscripts have been accepted for publication in certain journals have the option to pay a one-off fee to make their article free to read online via the journal website. Choosing this option also allows authors to post their article in an institutional or subject repository immediately upon publication.
