Instructions for Authors

All papers are subject to a double-blind refereeing process. There is no submission fee and no page charge. If a paper is considered suitable it will be passed by the Deputy Editor to reviewers. The Editor will make the final decision as to acceptability after taking into account reports from the Deputy Editor and referees. Authors will be provided with copies of the referees' reports.

Submission
Authors should submit their manuscript in electronic form to Professor Shintaro Okazaki, obarquitec@coac.net (Department of Finance & Marketing Research, College of Economics & Business Administration, Autonomous University of Madrid, Cantoblanco, 28049 Madrid, Spain). Articles should be between 4000 and 6000 words. Hard copy submissions of manuscripts will no longer be accepted (only electronic, Microsoft Word files should be sent).

Please include all information in one file, and name it as follows: first four letters of the last name of the first author, and the date on which the paper was sent (e.g. name_01_06_2009.doc).

Upon receipt of the manuscript, an acknowledgement will be sent via return-email furnishing a Manuscript Reference Number.

Journal policy strictly prohibits the simultaneous submission of a manuscript to the JMC while it is under consideration for publication at any other outlet (including, but not limited to, any journal, book, or conference proceedings).

Title page (first page)
The title page must include the following information: the full title; the affiliation and full addresses of all authors; indication of the author responsible for correspondence and correction of proofs; a brief biographical outline.

This journal requires a short paragraph of bibliographical details for all contributors.

Abstract and keywords (second page)
The abstract should be comprehensible without reference to the text and should not exceed 200 words. The main findings and new and important aspects of the study should be emphasized. Up to five keywords or phrases must be submitted for indexing purposes.

The Manuscript (main text should start on the third page)
Manuscripts must be typed double-spaced on one side of A4 paper only, with a 2.5cm margin at the top, bottom, and sides of the page. Permission to reproduce previously published material or to use illustrations that identify individuals must be obtained by the author prior to submission. Information on the transfer of copyright will be sent to authors on acceptance of their manuscript for publication. The transfer of copyright from author(s) to publisher must be stated in writing before any manuscript can be published.

Please make sure that all personal information is removed from the Document itself.

All pages should be numbered consecutively.

Copyright
It is a condition of publication that authors assign copyright or licence the publication rights in their articles, including abstracts, to Taylor & Francis. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and of course the Journal, to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats as appropriate.
