***Note to Authors: please make sure your contact address information is clearly visible on the outside of all packages you are sending to Editors.***
Submission of Manuscripts
Manuscripts must be written in clear grammatical English and can be submitted via email to ger@yonsei.ac.kr. In an accompanying letter, the author should verify that the same work has not been submitted elsewhere for publication. Authors who are not able to submit an electronic version should send three copies of the paper to the Editor, Kap-Young Jeong, Global Economic Review, Institute of East and West Studies, Yonsei University, Seoul 120-749, Korea.
Final Manuscript Preparation
In submitting final versions of accepted papers, authors are asked to provide two printed copies plus a version (using MS Word) on a 3.5" floppy disk in MS-DOS format to facilitate setting and proofreading. The file may also be sent as an attachment via email to ger@yonsei.ac.kr.
1. Title page, with the article's title, the author's name, author's title and permanent affiliation(s), author's current address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address. For co-authored papers, please provide the main author's name first and the supplementary author(s) in descending order by level of contribution.
2. Abstract of not more than 100 words, stating concisely the purpose, method, and result of the research.
3. Keywords: Please supply five to seven keywords, in order of importance, not alphabetically.
4. References: References should follow the Harvard system. They should be indicated in the text by giving the author's name, with the year of publication and, if relevant, the page numbers in brackets, e.g. (Smith, 1994), (Smith and Jones, 1994, pp. 34-35) or, if there are more than two authors, (Smith et al., 1994, p. 34). If several papers from the same author(s) and from the same year are cited, (a), (b), (c), etc. should be put after the year of publication. The references should then be listed in full alphabetically at the end of the paper on a separate sheet in the following standard form:
