***Note to Authors: please make sure your contact address information is clearly visible on the outside of all packages you are sending to Editors.***

Submission
The Editor welcomes submission of material for consideration as a main article in the range of 3000-5000 words, with an accompanying abstract of between 150-200 words and six keywords suitable for on-line search purposes. Please note that it is policy to referee all submitted articles.

Manuscripts should be submitted in triplicate to:

Dr Venkat Iyer, Senior Lecturer, Transitional Justice Institute, Room 03E02, School of Law, University of Ulster, Jordanstown campus, Shore Road, Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim, BT37 0QB. Email: v.iyer@ulster.ac.uk. The Editor reserves the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions.

Whenever possible, an electronic version of the manuscript should also be submitted on disk, ensuring the disk version exactly matches that of the hard copy.

Presentation
Manuscripts should be typed in journal style, double spaced (including endnotes and references) with wide margins, on one side only of good quality paper (preferably A4 size).

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order of presentation. First sheet: title; subtitle (if any); author's name, affiliation, full postal address and telephone number; acknowledgements (if any). Respective affiliations and addresses of co-authors should be clearly indicated. Subsequent sheets: main body of text; list of notes and references; appendices; tables (on separate sheets); captions to illustrations (on a separate sheet); illustrations. The text should be organised under appropriate section headings which, ideally, should not be more than 600 words apart.

Notes
These should be as sparing as possible and amalgamated and signalled serially within each article by superscripts 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. The notes themselves should be typed double spaced on a separate sheet (or sheets).

References
These should be indicated in the article by giving the author's name and the year of publication, as follows: Weaver (1978) or (Weaver, 1978). If several papers by the same author and from the same year are cited, a, b, c, etc. should be put after the year of publication. The references should be listed in full at the end of the paper in the following standard form:

SIDGWICK, E. (1915) The morality of strife in relation to war, The International Crisis in its Ethical and Psychological Aspects, p 14, London: Bodoni Press

Points of style
Quoted matter, whether in text or notes, should be in single quotes, typed double spaced. Substantial quotations (four lines or more) should be indented without quotation marks.

Illustrations
All maps, diagrams and other drawings should be referred to as figures and presented in finished form, suitable for reproduction. The approximate position of figures, and tables, should be indicated in the manuscript. All captions should be submitted on a separate sheet.
