It contains articles by leading Russian governmental and nongovernmental experts and young researchers that cover a broad range of international security matters - from climate change and demography to nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament, from the situation in North Korea to defence contracts in Latin America. The journal has an established reputation as an independent source of information for decision-makers from Russia and abroad, for international organizations and the academic community.
